A consistent NDIS support worker in Melbourne's south-east.
Personal, community, household and transport support from one regular male worker, in English or Dari. For plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants.
It means hello - in Dari, also known as Farsi. Spoken natively, alongside English.
Local NDIS support, clearly explained.
Too many participants meet a new stranger every fortnight.
Rotating rosters make people start again, over and over: re-explaining routines, preferences, medication, culture. TrueSide was built on the opposite idea.
One worker
Not a roster team. You reach the person who supports you, and you keep them shift after shift.
A real relationship
Someone who learns your routine, your preferences, your culture - and remembers them.
Built around you
Support shaped around your goals, your home and what matters to your family.
What happens if Anosh is unavailable?
Consistency is the priority, so unfamiliar workers are not routinely rotated into your support. If illness or unavoidable leave affects a planned shift, you will be contacted as early as possible to agree whether to reschedule, cancel or arrange another appropriate option where continuity is urgent.
Core supports, done properly.
Everything delivered personally, in your language, across Melbourne’s south-east - never above the NDIS price limits.

TrueSide was easy to communicate with and took the time to understand my brother's routine. It felt more personal than some of the larger providers we had spoken to.S.M. - family member, Dandenong
Anosh is always on time and consistent. My son actually looks forward to his visits now, which honestly surprised us after our last experience with a big agency.Fatima - participant's mother, Noble Park
I referred a Dari-speaking family who had been waiting weeks for a culturally matched worker. TrueSide had a meet and greet booked within three days. The family were happy and I could move on to the next case.R.K. - support coordinator, south-east Melbourne
What I appreciate is that Anosh actually reads the service agreement properly and invoices correctly the first time. That sounds basic, but it saves me a lot of follow-up.J.L. - plan manager
My husband prefers a male support worker and someone who understands our faith. TrueSide ticked both boxes without us needing to explain everything from scratch.Nasrin - carer, Springvale
Good service overall. The only thing I would say is that because it is one worker, you do not have a backup if he is sick. But we have been using TrueSide for a few months now and it has not been an issue.D.T. - participant, Cranbourne
Three steps. No run-around.

Common questions
Asked before you have to ask.
Do you work with plan-managed and self-managed participants?
Yes, both. Invoices go straight to your plan manager with correct NDIS item codes and 2026-27 rates, or directly to you if self-managed. Payment terms are 7 days and the paperwork is always clean. We're not currently registered for NDIA-managed participants.
What does the first meeting cost?
Nothing. The meet-and-greet is free and carries no obligation. We come to your home, listen to your goals, and you decide if it's the right fit.
Which suburbs do you cover?
Greater Dandenong, Casey and Melbourne's south-east: Dandenong, Noble Park, Springvale, Keysborough, Hampton Park, Cranbourne, Berwick and surrounds.
Are evenings and weekends available?
Yes. Weekday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays are available, billed at standard NDIS rates for those times. Many families prefer weekend support, and that suits us fine.
Can I choose my own NDIS support worker?
Yes. With TrueSide, you meet your support worker before any commitment. The meet and greet is free, at your home, and you decide if the fit is right. You are never locked in.
Do you provide support in Dari or Farsi?
Yes. Anosh speaks fluent Dari (also known as Farsi) alongside English. Support can be delivered in whichever language is most comfortable for the participant and their family.
Do you provide transport assistance?
Yes. Door-to-door transport in a registered, insured vehicle to medical appointments, shopping, community activities, and more. Billed at standard NDIS transport rates.
Do you work with support coordinators?
Absolutely. We welcome referrals from support coordinators and plan managers. Referrals are acknowledged within one business day, and compliance documents are available same day on request. Visit our coordinator referral page for more.
One call. One worker. No run-around.
